Wedding Dreams
The wedding of our dreams? We hope not! :) As the wedding date approached all of us are got excited and that excitement started to affect our dreams. How so???? Read on....
Mom's dress dream: She is sewing the dresses for my four bridesmaids as well as adding some beads to the flower girls' dresses. In her dream she was also planning on making her own dress. It was the wedding day and she was looking at the bridesmaids and thinking to herself they all look so beautiful; the dresses turned out nice. Then she looked down at her own dress and realized she never finished it! It had ragged edges at the top and she never sewed the lining in it. Her solution in the dream: find a hot glue gun, glue down the ragged edges and glue some flower girl beads up at the top.
My dress dream: For some reason our wedding was going to take place in China Star Chinese buffet (I do like the restraunt). Anyway we were having our rehearsal dinner and then after it was over, it was time for the wedding to really start so I headed in China Star's restroom to change into my dress. On the bathroom door there was some red sauce and I got some of it on my dress. I looked down at it and we all realized that it wasn't going to come out. So I just said to myself "oh well, I'll have a dress with sauce." Then I looked in the mirror and my dress started looking all wrinkled and too big. I looked down at it and thought "well, I'll just look ugly on my wedding day then." (I was surprisingly calm in this dream) Then I looked up again I realized that my hair was fixed ugly too. Then I woke up.
My no make-up dream: Forgot to get ready! In this dream, it was our wedding day and I was getting my pictures taken when I realized my hair was still wet, I had forgotten to fix it, I had no make-up on and Chris and I had never planned a honeymoon package. Again I was surprisingly calm in this dream, I just said to myself, well the photos aren't going to look the best for this, and kept wondering what we would do about not having a honeymoon planned.
Chris's dream about being poor: Chris and I joke about being too poor to eat anything but ramen noodles when we are married and joke that we need to register for them. In his dream we were visiting his grandfather's old house after he died and going through his stuff to see if there was anything Chris wanted. (In real life we did this about a year ago and Chris got some books) When we walked in the house there were a bunch of big boxes and Chris opened them up and they all were filled with Ramen Noodles! He said we were both very excited in the dream to get all those free Ramen Noodles.
